CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  1. If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice (not including weekends and bank holidays), you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  2. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice (not including weekends and bank holidays), you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
  3. If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice (not including weekends and bank holidays), a refund will only be considered in extenuating circumstances.

Please note that any refunds will be processed in accordance with the original method of payment.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period when entering into a contract for services, including private healthcare services. During this period, you have the right to cancel your contract without providing a reason. However, there are some exceptions to this general rule. For instance, if the healthcare service has been fully performed within the 14-day cooling-off period and you have expressly requested the service to begin during this period, the right to cancel may be lost.

Additionally, if the service provided is of an urgent nature, such as emergency medical treatment, the cooling-off period may not apply. In cases where you have requested and received any services within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will be liable for the costs of the services provided up to the point of cancellation.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain rights when entering into a contract for services, such as the right to receive services that are provided with reasonable care and skill. Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that your rights are protected and that we comply with our obligations under the Act.
