*If you opt for this service, you are under no obligation to proceed to full ADHD assessment however if you do choose to proceed to full ADHD assessment then the £300 will be deducted from the full assessment cost.

Rearranging and cancelling appointments
Our clinicians will do their best to accommodate requests to change appointment times/to cancel appointments, but please note that they require 48 hours’ notice. Notice may be sent by email to office@adhdandautismclinic.co.uk or by calling 01865 630111.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice (not including weekends and bank holidays), you will receive a full refund of your fee.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice (not including weekends and bank holidays), you will receive a 50% refund of your fee.
If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice (not including weekends and bank holidays), a refund will only be considered in extenuating circumstances.
